PCFormat can provide your LAN with back issues of the magazine for you to hand out at the door or in goodie bags, for everyone that attends. This is what you need to do to get PCFormat to sponsor magazines for your LAN.

Send PCFormat a letter, on a letterhead, requesting a sponsorship of the amount of magazines you would require – as well as the date of your event, frequency of the event (once-off or monthly) and where your LAN will be taking place. Don’t forget to provide all your contact details.

Please take note of the following:

• Let PCFormat know six to eight weeks in advance
• Monthly LANS can only be sponsored a maximum of four times a year
• Magazines need to be collected either from the PCFormat head office in Kyalami, in Johannesburg, or from one of our distribution houses in Cape Town or Durban
• LAN sponsorship is on a first-come, first serve basis although preferences will be given to bigger events
• PCFormat cannot supply back issues to a LAN where back issues of another magazine have also be arranged to be handed out
• Back issues of PCFormat are strictly not for resale.
• Send your letter to letters@pcformat.co.za, and we’ll let you know if we have enough back issues in stock for your LAN.
